These Terms and Policies constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company. If you do not agree with any of the provisions herein, you must not access the Site or use our services.

Booking and Confirmation: Sessions must be booked in advance through the designated process on our Site. Confirmation of booking will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or both.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Company-Initiated Cancellations: Reflecting Minds reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Clients will be offered either a rescheduled session or a full refund.
General Returns: Customers may initiate a return of physical products within seven (7) working days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after receipt and inspection.
Defective or Damaged Goods: Customers must notify us immediately upon delivery with proof in the form of photographs or an unboxing video. Verified claims entitle the Customer to a replacement or refund.
Self-Care Kits (Partial Damage): Single damaged items will be replaced if proof is provided. Full kit replacement only if the majority is damaged.
Non-Refundable Products: Digital products, including downloadable PDFs, are non-refundable once delivered.
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Orders to remote location may take a little longer. Risk of loss passes to the Customer once handed to the courier. Tracking details will be shared where available.
We collect information including name, email, phone number, delivery address, and login credentials. Information is used to process orders, confirm sessions, send updates, and monitor site performance. Users may request access, correction, or deletion of data by contacting reflectingmindsindia@gmail.com.
Wellness sessions and products are for general wellness purposes only. They are not substitutes for medical treatment. Customers experiencing medical or psychiatric emergencies should contact a licensed provider immediately.
